Do you ship to my country?

Most likely yes! We ship almost everywhere in the world. To find out if we ship to your country, place an item in your cart, select "View Cart", and then select the "Country" in Calculate Shipping section. If your country is included in that list, then we ship to you! If your country is not included, you unfortunately won't be able to place an order.

We process orders within 1-5 business days in the order they are received, following payment approval.

We do not ship to PO box addresses.

What is the shipping cost for my country?

We calculate shipping based off the weight of your item(s) and your order's destination. To work out an estimate of your shipping costs, check the table below to find the weight of your item(s). Then locate your country and find the relevant weight, underneath that there will be an estimate of the costs.

Every country has its own laws and regulations. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We will not be responsible for those additional costs if it may occur.

What is the estimated time of delivery?

Depending on your region the estimated time of delivery can take up to max. 15 working days. As soon as your order has left our warehouse you will receive a confirmation mail with the tracking info.

Thanks to this tracking info you will be able to trace your package.

Return

We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 10 days from the delivery date. Due to the nature of our products, we can not accept returns on used or opened items. Please email support@matchanna.com to obtain a return authorization.

We do not refund original shipping costs with the return.

If your package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, please notify us immediately with your information, a description of the damage and some photos of broken products and packaging. Please make sure to keep all of the original packing material and original box.
